DYNAMIC PENETROMETERS GTP-2 AND GTP-5
Penetrometers are used to establish the thickness of different strata when investigating the suitability of a site for construction
works. They are also used for testing compaction works and for determining the relative density of fills and naturally deposited non-cohesive soils. In addition, information concerning the
physical properties of soils can be obtained, which is used to assess their bearing capacity and to analyse stability problems.
Our penetrometers can be easily transported in a light vehicle. They can be operated by one single person and can be used in areas where access is difficult.
They require practically no maintenance.
