The Handy Viewer McSEIS-3
is a hand-held type, 3 channel
seismograph down sized to a
palmtop level. Seismic
waveforms are observed on a
large LCD screen for easy and
accurate picking of first
arrivals. All the necessary
functions for shallow seismic
survey systems, such as signal
enhancement and digital
recording, are integrated in a
compact device.
McSEIS-3 is suitable for
seismic velocity measurement,
downhole velocity logging,
shallow seismic refraction
surveys, and other engineering
applications
