The MGX logging systems overview.

Evolving to meet customer requirements. MGX III instrumentation features software and hardware for acquisition and presentation of new generation digital data. Multi-parameter probes creating up to nine logs simultaneously, downhole image logs, and borehole videologs can be obtained with  a single, lightweight, rugged, small footprint system. Geotrade customers enjoy user-friendly, new menu driven Windows software.

Portable 200/300 m depth logger

This proven ultra-lightweight package features weather resistant combined instrument electronics and winch in a single 25 Kg small footprint unit.

A dual-purpose tripod and accessories are shipped with every system. Add your own PC with a printer and the downhole probes of your choice to complete the system.

Each unit is delivered with an emergency hand crank, precision depth measuring wheel, optical encoder and LED depth and telemetry indicator.

The unit can be spooled with either 200 meters 3.17mm (1/8’’) or 305 meters of 2.54mm (1/10’’) geophysical logging cable.

It is supplied with a Windows based MS-log acquisition and processing software.                This package provides  real-time plots, log filtering, merging, editing and LAS file report.
